Each adult occupant age 18 or older must submit an application. Applicants generally need gross monthly income of approximately 2.5 times the monthly rent and must be able to provide three months of income documentation.

A credit score of 600 or higher qualifies for a single deposit equal to one month’s rent. Scores from 550 to 599 may require a guarantor and/or additional deposit depending on other criteria. Credit scores of 549 or below do not qualify under our stated rental standards.

Additional requirements include rental references and no evictions within the previous four years. We do not accept Section 8 and other housing assistance vouchers at this time.
