Michelle and her team are wonderful. The housing market in Athens is pretty frustrating, especially if you're trying to find a place to live when school is about to start again, but Michelle was very proactive in helping me find a great place. She was responsive to all of my emails to her and never let me feel like I was just a number or that I was an annoyance. The place I ended up renting needed a lot of "TLC" (to say the least) because of the prior tenants and I didn't really think it would all be fixed in the time I needed, but Michelle and her team did an amazing job (replaced cabinets, new appliances, top-to-bottom cleaning, and even fencing!). Despite all the extra work and chaos involved with everything, Michelle kept me in the loop, updated me on the details, and made me feel reassured that everything would work out... and it did! Thank you, Michelle, for your hard work and professionalism.

When it came time for me to start looking for another place to rent, Sapphire Properties was the only place that lived up to my expectations. They were knowledgeable of the area and all their available properties - they were even able to tell me when something would be coming open. The Property Manager was extremely helpful and when I made my final decision, the rental process went very smoothly. I moved in during the holidays, one of the most stressful times of the year, when I had a problem, the Property Manager was able to help me immediately. I have never seen such an amazing response time with a service call. I would and will recommend Sapphire Properties to anyone who is looking for a rental.

The best renting experience that I've had so far. The place that I rented was a little older, but well-kept. The rent was ideal for anyone working on a smaller budget. We had very few maintenance issues, but the few times that we did, our landlord was on it immediately. And there were no repeats with the same issue. Once something was fixed, it was *fixed*.
There were only two times where we were given short notice about someone coming in; even then we had at least 48 hours notice. I never got hit with random, hidden fees throughout my year here. And on top of that, pest control was 10X better than it is at a lot of student apartment complexes. I'm terrified of bugs, and I think I can count the number of them that I saw on one hand.
Definitely recommend them.
